Cheating of money

Respected sir,
The Snapdeal announced yesterday VIVO Y-95 offered price of Rs. 5,099/- and the payment received in advance through online. They collected nearby thousands of people yesterday 13.1.2019. value of crores. But today morning I recived the message from them saying that your order been cancelled and the fund will be credited before 13 days.
This is totally cheating. Kindly help us take immediate action against Snapdeal and arrange to get the payment with interest please.
