we have purchased some items like rajai, blanket, carpet, bedshet and showl under endorsement on itmes selected for purchase and delivery by post under vpp. when we received the consingment on payment and veryfied the items with our endorsement and found that the costly items has been changed with inferior quality items. we have contacted the shop and the shopkeper paid no concern about the verbal complain. so i want file a complain against gulmarg khadi board corp. near naag mandir karlah patnitop. i have all proof of the items and having bill with contact number of dealing person of the shop.pl help and if you need help from me in this regard i m ready.my contact no is 09934588876 and email id [email protected]
