   Hi,

   It is their auto renewal policy. If you don’t want to continue with the service please drop in a mail to their customer care ID and I am sure your money will be refunded.
   I had a similar issue but once i dropped in a mail my money was returned.

   I also had the similar issue.They charged me and refunded back.But now again they have charged me and on going back to them, they say that they have charged only once,which they have refunded.Isn’t that tantamount to fraud.Can we, as consumers, claim damages??

   Even i had subscribed for a test package and they automatically renewed for rs.249/- how can they do this without the card holders permission/consent? it is a fraud! something should be done to curb this

   I am also victim of 1 Rs scheme. They charged automatically on 8th October without my permit. What would dhirubhai be thinking from heaven? I want to cancel all future transactions. Pls guide

   The Auto renewal policy claims to pay back the money. I received my money few days back.

   same here, i subscribed dis service last in 1 Rs, i really happy with this service, u can watch movie any time u want there are different apps are available, if u want to unsubscribe drop a e-mail, u’ll get quick response from bigflix.

   It clearly says make sure to disable the auto renewal policy…BigFlix is doing a great job to entertain the mass.

   The Re 1 scheme is a sure bang for buck..I disabled the auto renewal system and am enjoying unlimited movies..

    Any 1 knows how to turn of auto renewal. the website says go to my account ) subscriptions and there you will find option. But there is no option or button which says switch or turn off auto renewal. Infact it just says choose a package and proceed. Can any 1 help me out who has stopped his/ hers auto renewal on bigflix.com

    I disabled the auto renewal after Rs.1/- subscription. But they deducted Rs. 249/- from my credit card a/c without my knowledge and they itself enabled the auto renewal for next month. Big fraud Company in india.

    Reliance Data Customers, Don’t go for BIGFLIX( RELIANCE) Rs.1/- offer with any of bank card. They will cheat you after one month. BIGFLIX will auto debit one month subscription charge after the trial period. So be careful with this big fraud company.

    I also got cheated with this 1 Rs. offer and come next month they deduct 249 Rs. from my deactivated card (how’s it even possible). Obviously, sending emails to Customer care didn’t help at all.
    I’ve given up on that money but I’ve learnt a lesson for rest of my life, “don’t even trust reliance and its sister companies”.

    I don’t know how these Ambanis think that only way to become rich is by duping people. And plus, look at their movie collection, its a joke.

    I had subscribed the Bigflix offer for unlimited viewing of movies for Rs. 1/- for one month and I didnot get time to login their website.In the month of August 22,they deducted Rs. 249/- From my credit card a/c without my knowledge using the credit card information hacked by Bigflix during Payment of Rs.1/-last month. pls help me how to get the money refunded to my credit card a/c.

    This mail is regarding my concern regarding my HDFC Credit card deduction of Rs 249 to “BIG FLICKS PRIVATE LIM MUMBAI” on 27th Jan 2014 . I did not make any online payment to Bigflix using my credit card but still I see a charge of Rs249 on Jan 27th 2014.

    This is my request to Bigflix team kindly help me to get the money refunded to my credit card a/c.Please find the below information as reference.

    The same thing here. I have opted for 1 Rs subscription, but they are deducting Rs 249 every month. There is no option to stop the subscription. Please help. No reply from their customer care email.
