Cheating done by service staff

I purchased a refrigerator in 2006, The refrigerqator is with 1+6 years of warranty. After having problem in compressor, came to know that this will not be repaired. There will be bailout. When depossitted the mony, they are refusing the bail out. They are saying this is a graded product and you got the guaranty booklet by mistake.
