I am having a vodafone connection no. 8587893113 since 27-07-2012 and activated 3G connection on it. I recharged the 3G connection on the same day with plan Rs.249/- which is valid till 25-08-2012. My 3G internet service worked only for 4 days i.e. from 27-07-2012 to 30-07-2012. I have not been able to connect 3G internet since 31-07-2012, while there is a balance of Rs.39/- and 866 mbps of usage of internet in my account. I lodged a complaint with vodafone customer care on 31-07-2012 and my complaint no. is 2262228640. I was informed that I shall receive a call from vodafone and my problem shall be rectified by 02-08-2012. But neither any call has been received by me from vodafone nor any customer care executive on their toll free no. 111 is attending my call. I sent a mail in this regard to the Nodal Officer at e-mail [email protected] on 02-08-2012, but no reply received till now. I am really exhausted now and feeling harassed. Kindly ask them to cancel my 3G connection, transfer the remaining balace of my 3G account to my voice call account on cell no. 8587893113. I may also be given compensation for this harassment.
