I ordered online for a mobile phone on 13 Nov 12 and today as onb 27 Nov 12, I am yet to receive the phone. I was told that my order has been shipped on 22 Nov 12 through Blue Dart Courier. The Trcaking code given to me was fake one and blue dart confirmed that there is no such tracking code. I have to call up the customer care almost twice a day to get different replies about dispatch of the mobile. I feel cheated by the act of the store.
