Name of company/service: Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd, H-23, II Floor, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi -92
The abovementioned company representative came for service complaint on 30.6.2012 at our residence in Dwarka for servicing Whirlpoor RO Water Purifier,which was filtering the water very slowly, about 2-3 hours as against 40-45 minutes earlier, and after inspection told that three filters need to be changed for which we have to pay Rs. 2770 in advance, after which he would submit the money in company for issuing new, genuine parts. He promised to replace the parts on next day. However after that nobody turned up for 10 days. After repeated telephonic complaints by us, on 11.7.2012 a technician came and replaced the parts, however the problem still persists. When we checked the parts, we were surprised to f ind that they have installed very old parts (manufacturing date 2007) insted of new parts as promised. Now the company is not picking up the phone and the filter is not working. We feel cheated by the company!!
