Dear All,
I had purchased LG Fathom VS750 Windows Mobile Phone from rediff online shopping on 23 Jul 12. The delivery time which was mentioned there was within 5-7 days whereas I haven’t received it till date. Despite of calling several times on the number provided to me for customer support & of the vendor, rediff customer support had advised me that they had dispatched the product & also they had given us the shipment number while tracing that shipment number I came to know that this shipment number is FAKE as this shipment is of LONDON. Later when I had called up the vendor he had told us that they have shortage of the product so they haven’t dispatched it till yet.
We had already paid the money to Rediff.

I hereby request you to please look into this matter & take a strict action against these online shopping companies so that they won’t dare to cheat the public.
