Recently parle products announced a free talktime of upto rs 250 in their product parle namkeen . I got 3 cards of free talktime I did as was mentioned in there cards but to my surprise so many days passed I didn’t got any free talktime. I called on the customer care no provided by the company after a big trial I got connected after a long wait a lady voice appeared I told her about my complaint of not getting my free talktime she said don’t worry I will get it by next day but till date I didn’t got anything then I tried sending my complaint to the company on the provided email but the mail bounced back saying no such address appeared. I want to say that such a big company parle products make fool of there customers by producing such false and bogus advertisement. I am very sad as I purchased parle namkeen in attraction for free talktime. Is there any punishment for such big companies for cheating innocent customers by their false propaganda.
