Make My trip website mentioned that Himachal Bliss package cost includes all hotel taxes. However hotel booked for me at Dharamshala forced me to pay service tax at the counter. My request for payment of service tax by Make My trip has been rejected by them without assigning any valid reason. Make my trip has already charged service tax on full package cost from me.I am writing to bring this to the notice of all your readers that even well known brands like make my trip cheat customers and do not redress grievances of consumers.They are confident that consumer will not take botheration of going to consumer court for few hundred rupees.Never ever avail services of such online portals to escape cheating
