Dear Sir,
Registration no. of my True Value Alto LX car DL4CAA5665 ,purchased on 10.4.2009 from dd motors moti nagar delhi and I have just run it for about 17,000 km only . May be inefficient driving can result into premature clutch replacement which is done on 16.4.12 service at F39 maruti service master but steering noisy was well repeatedly reiterated /reported within two months of purchase ,however, not accepted by True Value Sevice Engineer whose service skills are utterly questionable and engineer like him have done irrevocable/irrepairable damage to maruti true value reputation & Professionalism
Last/Latest service on my car is done on 16.4.12 at F39,Okhala Maruti Service Masters and it is recommended steering noisy needs repair worth Rs. 20,000 .can anyone be cheat like true value so called refurbished cars –again even after service ,its light system and horn is intermittently working ,surprising & shocking the level of servicing, knowledge, and supervision . The extorted bill amount was Rs. 9433.00 . I told the concerned several times ,no response –pathetic services ,customer orientation
