i have activated my gprs pack since over a week, and since then i have not got proper internet access since then. and despite the internet not working, i have been deducted by Rs. 15 and Rs. 90 to which they give explanation that i have downloaded things. And when i call the customer care and choose to speak to the executives, they hardly pick up the line. this last time, the connecting line kept ringing for over 45 minutes but no one responded.
so my main complaints are,
not provided charged services,
not co-operating on customercare.
total value of my grievances comes to around Rs. 150.
