can I post a complaint about a builder who is cheating me? I went to police to lodge a complaint and also Special cell for women and children. their enquiry is in process …pls advise.
3 months back I bought a battery of my inverter from a local dealer of paschim vihar.
The dealer did the fraud. First he said that your battery is defaulted. But later he said battery is perfect but your inverter is defaulted. He took money to repair the inverter(rs.200 then rs.500 total rs700) and then again charged money in selling a new battery(rs.6500).
now again we are having problem problem with the same. We complained in the company. Now company people are saying that your inverter and battery both are defaulted.The dealer is not ready to listen the problem and not even helping us.
