Name of company/service: Wings Radio Cab
I had booked a taxi from Wings Radio Cab for drop from my Home at Dhayari Pune to Railway station on 4th June 2012 at 20:30. The confirmation number is RAM813943. However, I did not receive any SMS from them about the driver and cab number until I called them at 20:45 (after trying for 10 mins). The driver told me after calling him at 20:50 that he is at Deccan and will reach to my home soon. But he didnt reach until 9:30, and my parents had to miss their train. This all has cost me a sum of 10000 Rs. and frustration.
Actually I think I made a mistake by relying on them. Now they are saying that they have *(term and condition) that they are not liable for the losses due to delay. But I think if someone has kept a buffer of more than double the time should be taken, then who is liable?
