rice dal and subji Rs 60 dal like water and rice( perhaps the rs 2 / kg rice or similar. no one is there to look after!!! rice with dal called veg biriyani at Rs50/.. i loged complained at vizag. but imapct yet to see. railway miinistry to take strong action
