Location/place: cochin

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

I was told by the tata docomo sales person that I would be getting 3 months subscription of 5 G.B.And in totality I ‘ve to pay Rs. 1200/-. I had paid the amount.
Very next month I got a bill of Rs. 500/- and it was a monthly plan of 2 G.B.
When I tried to contact them, the person is not at all picking the call. Tried to contact the custumer care of Tata Docomo but couldn’t get connected.
