Dear Consumer Forum,
I ordered a pair of Puma shoes worth Rs. 1495/- on 29th March 2012 via net banking ( Transaction ID-000304438913). The amount was debited from my account and recieved by the website on 31st March 2012 according to ICICI bank. The bank has confirmed the payment. But website is denying it. Not only do I want my money back but also I warn customers to not to pay this website via internet.
Please help me to get justice.
