Respected Sir ,
my name is sasikala , i live in chennai(mogappair), we are a family of 36 members, every year we go for tour
,this year we planned to go to kashmir so we approached MURUGAN TRAVELS (vadapalani-chennai) they asked for 10500/-per head which includes travel, food and accommodation.but the travel agency dint keep up their promise, we suffered as worst as we can, they promised to give us 11 rooms where 3 in each room, but they gave only 1 room and 1 toilet for all 36,they dint give food most of time inspite if they provide food it was spoiled ,where our children suffered very badly, one girl of 28 yrs got urinary infection on using unclean toilet provided by them it went to the extream of kidney got infected and was admitted in the hospited immediately as soon as we came back,ultimately we where been treated as slaves , we reached chennai as half dead , when i try to speak them regarding this they say do what ever u wish we are not afraid .
