Complaint No – 1 – This is to bring to your notice that I Ashish Agarwal is one of the advisor with Aviva. My SM is Manorama Singh. One of my Clint (In relation my Uncle)name Madanlal Agarwal had given an amount of Rs 50000/- to Manorama Singh to pay the premium for policy number – SGA3002250 which is in his wife’s name (Neelam Agarwal). Instead of paying the premium she took out another policy in the name of Neelam Agarwal, policy no – TDW3111471 (Traditional Plan) for an amount of 49930/- under the agent name MR Tejeshree Vuinayak on 22nd Sep 2011 , which my Clint was unaware of and he is being getting calls again and again from Aviva to pay the premium for his old policy. My Clint has also not received any document for the policy no – TDW3111471 (Traditional Plan).
Complaint No – 2 – My Clint Madanlal Agarwal gave her a reference of Mr. Vinod Agarwal and he also wanted to take out another policy for himself…However my SM Manorama Singh has taken out the policy in his son’s name and that too in a different agent name.

I was completely unaware of this issue until May2012 but when my uncle’s started calling me to check where is Manorama Singh as she is not answering their calls and they are being harassed by Aviva for premium and other stuff. And when I called up Manorama Singh she told me she is unwell and was giving me jazz about the whole incident.
