Name of company/service: on dot couriers
my parents sent me a courier from haldwani(uttrakhand)on 8 rth aug 2012
to hyderabad .these people(on dot couriers)charged them 125 rs per kg (it weighs 10 kgs)for flight as they mentioned thet it is an urgent courier but these people sent my courier through road .and i have not recevied my courier yet (13 aug 2012).
and i am really finding it difficult to trace because they are just disconnecting the phone in all the branches.
It will really be great if you can just help me out with this because i really want to fight against it.
