1. I ordered with prepaid option Sunflame Mixer Grinder Style 2 Jar
with following features.
Description: Juicer Mixer Grinder
450 W Power Consumption

And I received is Sunflame Mixer Grinder Style 2 Jar with following features
Powerful 500 watt motor
30-minute continuous rating
2 stainless steel jars
2 speed with incher for momentary operation
Overload protection
Shock proof ABS body
I hope you all can clearly make out the differences between both the
products by description and pictures of both the products as the one I
ordered was Juicer Mixer grinder and the one u sent is just mixer
grinder so here I prove that shopclues.com cheated on me.
2. I suppose to get the refund following products for which I got
confirmation on 13/7/2012
o Order No.132936 Reliance Classic 7310 Refund Amount 2299
o Order No.1290608 Kitchen Knife Set (7Pcs) refund Amount 175.
But nothing has been credited to my account yet.
Today I got a call from your customer care executive Mr. Amitendra who
told me that for the refund of Sunflame mixer grinder I need to
reverse back the product for which product reverse courier will come
tomorrow then 2-3 working days for reaching the courier to warehouse
and then procedure to get the detailing and checking which take 3-4
days and after that refund procedure which takes 7-10 days. According
to my understanding this whole procedure will take 15-20 days from
today and I submitted my complain on 19th July 2012 with the prepaid
option.
Now the point here is being a genuine customer I paid the bill amount
in advance I got the wrong product, since last 5 days im keep
complaining for solution as finally today you people took out time for
the complain and given a solution that I have to follow the procedure
which will again take 15-20 days what is my fault here in whole thing.
And refund is only possible if you receive the product. How shall I
trust you that once you will receive the product you will refund my
money there may be chances that I will lose on product and money both.
I humbly would like to request you to kindly refund me my money for
following orders
o Order No.132936 Reliance Classic 7310 Refund Amount Rs.2299
o Order No.1290608 Kitchen Knife Set (7Pcs) refund Amount Rs.175.
o Order No.1304380 Sunflame Mixer grinder 2 Jar refund Amount Rs.1272
