cheated through online recharge

Respected sir,
this is the second time when i got cheated by ichoose online recharge services as 12 June i have done online recharge of 98rs and i have receive nothing but money has been deducted from my account.when i called customer care he just diverts the topic by saying we don,t have any 98 recharge and after that they have barred my customer-care line.ichoose is the online recharge vendor for tata docomo .

    Hi i recharged for 99rs for full talk time i received mes stating your traiff got changes intially i was getting deducted of 10 ps for docomo to docomo now its 30ps.when i check with customer care they said it applicable for trafif change & applicable for recharge.last time they deducted 95 rs without activating internet service. 2 months before call tune they activated & deducted 30rs.
