Cheated the consumer by giving fake offers.

I am a customer of ACT Fibernet in Bangalore, Karnataka. The company customer care representatives themselves cheated me by making me buy a 6 month plan offering me a free wifi router with it which was never provided even after a month. Made multiple calls to them but none were different from false promises that it will be delivered by tomorrow or in 2 days. I really wish this shouldn’t happen with anyone else. Please help me take legal action against these people and how to proceed with the same in the city.
