cheated on the name of admission

Name of company/service: Sct College of education (B.Ed)

I took admission in S.c.T college of education banglore for B.ED course (affilated by banglore university) in march 2010.After attending few classes they cancelled my admission,and promised that they will refund my fees (15,000+2,000 admission fees).My husband visited and asked hundered times to refund the fees.but at last the management completly denied to refund the fees,and some faculty member advised to complain on consumer forum.
