CHEATED ME…..AND Declined to give me a bill

I have purchased bata shoes of power brand worth rs 1200.and it has warranty of 6 months…but because of fault in shoes i had returned in 1 month..they took my shoes and bill and told me that we will call u when the shoes will come back. But dey never call me and when i went to der shop @ manekchawk..the owner of d showroom told me dat take this 9 number shoes. but i want 8 number. they told me that please take dis 9 number shoes instead of that 8 number. and they will give me 8 number shoes and tell me dat call me after week..we will give you 8 number shoes. so when i called dey never pick up.and told me dat der is no stock of 8 number shoes. but to know d fact when i dorect go to dat showroom shoes are available but dey refused to give me. so please cancel his franchise of BATA. it is a good reputed company and such a basterd spoil its reputation.
