Name of company/service: Housefull Furnitures
I bought a bed fro HOUSEFULL FURNITURES, Kukatpally Hyderabad branch. The price tag on the display bed was 14,100 INR but while billing for the same bed they charged me 16,280 INR.
When I saw the receipt I came to know that they have overcharged me and when I asked for a refund they just said “Sorry, We can not do anything now”. I am extremely disappointed with their behavior and want either the balance amount back or my order cancelled.
Please help me in getting a justice here.
Attached is a proof : a picture of their price tag. I have my receipt of 16,280 INR unfortunately can not attach it due to attachment constraints.
