While shopping @Central Mall, Pimpri a person approached me to complete a small slip size Form for lucky draw.
I have received a call and I was informed that there were a set of 5 gifts for me but I have to Visit Aundh office along with my wife to collect these.The gifts were
1. 6 day and 7 nights stay in their resorts holiday accommodation voucher worth of RS. 25000.
2. A Silver Coin.
3. Kitchen appliances.
For that I need to come along with my Wife, listen to their seminar of half an hour about the cv and go home with the free vacation voucher. I was asked to come to the country vacation 1st floor 102, centroil building, near ozone mall, parihar chowk, aundh, pune. Unaware of their real intentions, I have decided to visit them. They told us to collect the gifts but have to sit through a small presentation. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake of our life.
Mr. Samuel Patil (mobile no. +91 98230 52419) and Sales man informed us about various club and vacation plans and requested us to join. First of all they give us misleading information, they said us, we are one of the 500 selected couple in Pune city and they are giving special offer for todays (that days) members only and if will join the membership then I will be the luckiest member. Firstly they offer us a plan of RS. 1,60,000 for 6 days and 7 nights for 5 Years and life time club membership, We ignored the offer, We wanted leave from there. They forced me to be seated there and offer us new scheme of membership of RS. 85000. Then they talked about alot of free facilities at their club like Free movies, Free candle light dinner every month etc I started getting attracted and I started negotiating and finally we decided on 60,000 for the plan of 5 Years holidat (6N and 7D every year), 2 AMC of 10,500 INR and 25 years club membership + Complimentary holiday of 3N 4D in Hyderabad. So I was informed to pay 5000 in cash and rest 55000 as EMI. Since 5000 more would cost in EMI interest, Samuel Patil told that he will swipe for 50000 and convert that to EMI. After few days I checked my credit card bill status online and it showed that 50,000 was completely debited without any EMI scheme. I called Samuel Patil and told him about this. He told me to get it converted into EMI from Bank. When I checked with Bank it would cost me 28,000 extra to convert 50,000 in 48 months EMI. I discussed this with Samuel and he told me go ahead and apply for EMI and in Exchange he will exempt my 2 AMC of 10,500 each. I told him to drop a mail on 26 May 2017 about the same. Since then till today (12 July 2017) I have been calling him daily, visit Aundh office twice but there is no response. All I hear every time is sir I will do it today. And recently I have started receiving calls from CV customer care saying that membership charge is 1,60,000 and I have paid 55,000 only + AMC is also pending (App installed on my mobile shows the same) . To enjoy the facilities I have to pay the rest of the amount. I raised this with Samuel for which he told me that he will speak to Customer care and I need not worry and also told me that he will drop me a mail so that I can talk about the same with Customer care when required. I haven’t received any mail nor is he picking up my calls.
If I tell customer care to talk to samuel patil and sort this out they are not ready to do instead they tell me to talk to him and get this in written.
I have started feeling that I have paid all the amount to buy this extra tension and frustration in my life.
Summarizing the whole thing
1. We paid a membership fee of RS. 55000(Fifty Five thousand rupees only) for 5 year membership plan.
2. We can avail a 7 days and 6 night holiday for five years free of cost at any of the club resorts, hotels or the affiliated hotels.
3. Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station + car will be with us the entire vacation to roam around. We just need to pay for petrol charges
4. Free weekly movies at club + Free candle light dinner every month.
5. Spa and Saloon facilities at Club
6. 2 Year free subscription to Gold and Talwalker’s gym
7. Throughout our stay at club for vacation food will be free and no extra charges will be applicable.

Now with all these ping pong happening I fell cheated and I Want refund of my money.
Request your honour to kindly help us out, to get our hard earned money (Rs.55,000/-) refunded back immediately.
