Cheated for online order as well as Lost trust and reputation.

Hello,

Club factory is betrayed me. They didnot delivered my order but they sent a tracking with delivered. I didn’t recieved my item as well as I lost my money and time. Please find the attachment. Now when I asked customer care after 2 days they are very simply replying that the package lost in courier and we will refund your money. My request is I don’t want my money back , I want my reputation to be back, since I blindly believed the club factory tracking notification, so that I had a very warm argument with my husband and as well as my apartment security guard regarding recieving the order.
