Hi,
My self Shrikant R Sahu Resident at mumbai writing this letter regarding to cancellation of order.
Because whatever information provide by sale guy (Nitin) totally false.He is saying to type ur credit care no & DOB for ivr code but after put my credit card no.i get mesaage ( Dr. Rs. 5799).The sale guy told me that u have to pay Rs 480 which is come in statement then why should Rs 5799 is deducted from my card.Nitin has never told the outlet information where this card is valid ,he is saying that this card is valid in any where..He is also tell that the holiday package valid to one year nd nothing to pay anything for lunch & everthing,which is totally false because i m getting call from charu that time she tell that holiday pakge validation is seven month & pay Rs.599 in that u get breakfast. Nitin is also tell that u recive this package withing 5 to 7 days but it still not recived. I m toally frusted because no one can help me or no response on phone.
Mis charu tell me that u should get feedback within 48 hrs regarding this issue on 28 the july 2012 but after that i m not received any call from her side.Where i call to Mr Rahul Bajaj he is also not responding.I think that ur comany have cheated me so i need my money back ASAP. or I will going to consumer forum for filing a case against ur company.Whwnever i called to senator internation helpdesk phone picked by avinash nd not proper responselike disconect phone,not one is there left to pune just like answer.so i need help from this.
