I did a recharge of 450rs on 16/06/2012 around 2:30pm on my number 7827411987 but i didn’t get any balance just a successful recharge messege of 0.01rs. And when i contacted relience customer care i spoke to DImple and she told me that there is no recharge available of 450 rs and we cannot do anything now, your money is gone then i spoke to her senior floor supervisor Anterpreet and he gave me same explanation then i spoke to his senior Pankaj (Team Leader) and he also gave me the same explanation and denied when i asked him to escalate matter to his senior. And now i am feeling cheated because i want to know where is my 450rs. And if there is no recharge of 450rs then why their system accepted the recharge. I don’t know what to do now. Relience is a big cheater and this is not first time i got cheated. Please do the needful.
