Sir

I have purchased mts data card on 1 june 2012.Its speed is nearly 1-2 kb .I have made complaint on 4 june 2012 complaint no c1247676237 they assured me to fill my complaint before 6june 2012.But when I again cal they told me that ur complaint cant be fullfill .So I again made a complaint on 6 june 2012 complaint no c1247694755. They promise me that the complaint full fill before 8 june 2012.But not completed yet .
As I am a student so I need to inquiry about jobs sso I M facing so much problem which cant be express in words.
So take immediate action

    hi gaurav
    its a common problem .the mts has very worst service .i think that there is no solution with mts so make a case in consumer court against them
