SUB : COMPLAINT FOR REFUND OF ONE YEAR COAHING CLASS FEE BY BRILLIANT TUTORIALS

Sir,

1. This is to bring to your kind notice that I, JC-449704F Sub/Clk
MP Tiwari is a serving Soldier(JCO) of 6 GRENADIERS , C/O 56 APO.

2. My son named Tarun Kumar Tiwari passed Class 12th in May 2011 and for preparation of various engineering exam, I have got his admission in Brilliant Tutorials, 50-C, Kalu Sarai, Sarvapriya Vihar, New Delhi-16 for which institute (Brilliant Tutorials) has recovered a sum of Rs 39,825/- for one year class room coaching programes. Initially the institute started classes and after 6-7 weeks (4 days in a week), suddenly declared long leave and time and again assured their staff that study will start very soon. Thereafter, the institute permanently closed alongwith their all contact telephone Nos and no any response given by institute. Even after my posting out from Delhi and shifting of my family out of Delhi, I have visited No of times to the institute but no body was their and institute always found closed. I again tried to admit my son in another institute’s coaching classes but all institutes refused for the same as till such time maximum course were over/completed and at last my above named son can’t got success in AIEEE exam and other competitive exams. As such he can’t got admission in any reputed colleges/Govt Colleges. The institute (Brilliant Tutorials) played with future of my son.

3. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly direct the institute to refund fee amounting to Rs 39,825/- deposited by me vide their receipt No 81790 dt 05 Jul 2011 and also direct the institute to pay compensation of Rs 2 lacs for ruins future of my son.

4. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and assist the serving soldier.
