I have bought One Tital Flora Raga Ladies watch from homeshop18. and they delivered it on 21/11/12. I found that That watch was broken and Damaged Condition. and I launched Complaint againsts that. According to their reply They arranged reverse pick up of damaged product.But Nobody came to home to pick up that damaged item. Now, I already called them 10 times but each time they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.They dont refund me and also dont send me new product. my Order ID is 919022233.
Please solve my issue asap.
