I have travelled from MANALI to delhi throgh HIMACHAL Roadways VOLVO Bus
HR 63 -1617 ON 22nd June. The condition of BUS was very pathetic with the folowing condition and they have charged full fare to us.
AC was not working
seats was broken
Front glasses are broken
Soccer was not in good condition and geeting jerks on full travel.
TV was not there
we have asked to driver and conductor for the condition of bus but they have rudely answered that they are helpless and asked to talk to govt. and my wife’s leg get injured . we have purchased 10 tickets and journey was very painful .
request to give immediate compensation and log the case against himachal roadways.
