I am zankhana from ahmedabad. I am using idea from last 3 years..but i must say the service of idea is getting worst n worst day by day….i did recharge of 84rs i got msg tht my rc is activated.thn i checked my message bal it was showing 500 msg in my a/c. After seeing my bal of msg i started sending msgs to my frndz…And i saw that the bal was deducted from my main balance instead of msg bal…
For this i called to customer care they were taking my compliant so casually i talked to them for 1 hr but nine of them gave me satisfied answer. From customer care executive to floor manager Mr. Santosh every1 took it as fun did not showed any interest in my complain and beside all this, only for irritating me they were keeping my call on hold without informing me and at last when i said i want satisfactory answer they said sorry madam i gave u detail now m disconnected the call n he disconnected the call.
Instead of sovling my prob they were teaching me that i should call costumer care after the rc is done as if m free ..dont i have any other work to do tht i will call them them time after rc…They said this rc take 3hrs i said if this rc take 3hrs they should not show me 500 msg in balance this is something they are misguiding customer. just imagine 20 rs from one customer a huge amt they earn by such fraud …and such useless customer care executives instead of helping us jus make fun and disconnect the call..i am going to give this in newspaper, and wil post everywhere in forums online. I want people should be aware of such big frauds done by idea.
