i opened an ac.for commodity trading in knb commodities so that i can learn and earn some.they approached me to open the account and promissed to deliver a very good services and i was also told that i will get my id and passward in 15 days for self trading.it has been 3 months now and i did not get any id passward instead an employee named vijay is trading with my account without asking me and when i found about it i told him not to do this and also complained to his senior but he did not listen to me and without asking me he traded on all wrong calls so that he can charge the brokerage for his company.i lost half of my money.they are not helping about it and doing nothing to solve this problem.
