I have reliance phone which i use only for outgoing purposes.
This company cheating with consumers.They call me with their own system generated number and when i receive the call,they activate caller tune and deduct the 30 rs from my account.
When i contacted the customer care,they revert back the money.But if some one calls after half hour,money cannot be revert back.
And after complaining so much time,i still got that call but i didn’t receive them.
Its fine for those people who call customer care and get money bank but what about those who dont call or those people who dont know where or how or when to call.
So its my plea ,please look for such use less deductions from mobile.
