Charging more than MRP of products

Name of company/service: Hitachi/vendor Genesis

I have purchase one AC unit from Genesis which is authorized stockist of Hitachi.During payment dealer was charged Rs.37400 for that product ,however when they delivered material that MRP is mention over product Rs.36490.
However same complain esclate further to both the parties but now they ignore same because they got their payment.
