I have purchased an airtel prepaid DTH service. But I have changed my plan for this month by informing customer care and they have given me confirmation for the same. But till date they are charging me for both the plan. Apart from this, company is changing its satellite and due to which most of the channels are affected and not appearing on TV. While loggings complain they told their person will visit my place in 4 days. It been 3 week passed I have logged 3 complain and still I am waiting for a single call from their person. Today again they told me to log the complaint, because there is some system error. Two times I have taken leave from my office to solve this issue (to help their person as per the meeting time assured by them). They are not even refunding the last 3 week money which is wasted because of them only. Looking forward for an action from your side.
