Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
since i have purchased the docomo number(8807590212) its 3 times i have been charged for services i havn’t requested to activate.1. cricket update service, 2. Song service()and once telling that i downloaded some chargable content. None of them initiated by me. For cricket pack on complaining to customer care the pack got de activated and money refunded. but for the song and download there was no response form the customer care.. they just used to tell to wait 24 hours for money to get refunded but till today money is not refunded, its almost 15 days since they deducted and i have been calling them for 5-6 continuous days. Getting fedup of their deduction every time i recharge i am lodging a complain hoping some action might be taken. If there is balance in accoutnt hat dosent mean they can charge us for anything they like to.
