Charging for non-existent benefits/remedies

Please let me know the process to be followed for lodging complaint on line against M/s Whirlpool of India Limited and its service partner, M/s Indico Engineers, Mumbai, so that I can get refund of the amount (Rs.5245/-) that they charged without being able to remove the defects that have caused the Whirlpool refrigerator to malfunction (NO ICE FORMATIO & SIMULTANEOUS BLINKING of all the INDICATOR LIGHTS).
