I want to lodge a complaint against Idea Cellular for deducting the amount from my prepaid connection no. 9911272814 for about 4-5 months. I have no idea how much they had deducted but it might be around Rs. 700-1000. I have been noticing for 4-5 months exactly I have no idea. I visited at their franchise office located at Rajinder Place, New Delhi and also made a call but there were no response from there. Finally I wrote the mail to Idea and they accepted that Value Added Service was activated now its deactivate. They just regreted and told me clearly that they are unable to refund that amount. It has been sent by Mr. Rohan Rathod, Customer Service Desk from Idea. I got a call from Idea also regarding deactivation of service and when I requested to him to refund the amount he clearly told me it is not possible and when I told him that I will go to consumer court he said ok and suggested me that there is no profit to go consumer court.
