People from cesc had disconnected the power supply of my house without any prior notice. On the day they cut power they handed a letter which mentioned that my family had to pay 8000 rupees as fine but there was no appropriate reasons for it.
When my family member went to pay the fine they are again charging us extra 15000 rupees.It was the overdue amount of my relative who once stayed in the same building.They and us had separate connection.Its just because we know them doesnot mean we are liable for them.In this harsh climate my family had to stay without any electricity supply for 25days.No one is listening to us in the cesc office.They say that if we donot pay the money they will not provide us with any connection.
