Dear Sir/Madam,
This is reference to my earlier mail 11.07.2012 regarding above mentioned subject to Bharti Group
I would like to request you that that under named customer is using Airtel Digital Services from last more than 3 years.
I am very surprised that how can Bharti Group can cheat to their customers. Earlier my monthly package charges was Rs 178/- per month which was increased to Rs. 200/- per month w.e.f. 10.07.2012 without any written intimation even govt. has not increased any entertainment taxes etc. but Co. has add 5 more channel in existing package without any proper consent by the Customer and charging more, which channel actually not required by the customers.
I have requested to the co to continue my earlier package in the same subscription amount (Rs. 178/-p.m.) but nobody has responded on the matter even not a single call received for any justification.
Sir, I request you to please help me on the matter.
