Name of company/service: Airtel/mobile
I had been using the service of Airtel from last 2 years. I was using EDUCATION Plan which provides us 500 minutes to any networks + 500 local/ national SMS with the RENT of Rs100.
Now they are saying they have changed their plan and free Minutes and SMS are just from Airtel to Airtel .
My point is how they can change any plan without customers consent or Formal intimation. if they have to change any plan firtly they have to take customer consent. I was using a particular plan because it was according to my requirement now changed plan doesnot suite my requirements. Kindly resolve my problem.
