Chair issue

Dear Sir,

We purchased 5 office chairs with cost of Rs /2200 from a retail shop at Angamaly(St. Josephs). When I bought , they told as base is stainless steel. Now after 4-5 months, one by one, it’s base steel color is disappeared and looking as brown color. As per them , they purchased it from vadakkedath furniture , Ettumanoor.I called them, they told me that they can’t do anything. Customer has to suffer these problems. Can we do anything?

Please help me.
