I have purchase hp desktop bearing modle no. CP5160IL-INI7240234 from dealer computer gallary ,katni,m.p. on07-11-2007.which have three years warrenty.cd writer get deffective on 26-08-2010.i have logged complain on phone no.075560002772 on 27-08-2010,giving complain ref. no.CA0992449. and also send fax of bill copy to 01243077102 on 03.55 pm ,27-08-2010.but they are not responding.please arrange to solve it.my id [email protected]
