I have placed order for honor 8pro with a order no: # 406-6294301-6687528 at amazon great Indian sale during august 2017 for which i was going to get 10% cashback as i had used SBI debit card on 12/11/17,but I didn’t get yet. On 7/12/17 i called customer care for the same ,they asked me to wait for 72 hrs to get cashback & got a mail attached undersigned & even after i did’t received i tried call care & then 2times emailing ,but this time i didn’t get reply by them.Please help me out of this.
