I purchase two Laptop from Transline distributor of HP out of that one was faulty so we made complaint on 18th in hp on 23rd hp made DOA and assured us to replace that on 4th we got msg from HP that we will get replaced unit by14th but till today no work has been done from HP site reg case id: 4674875264 – INDOA1348693
