i had informed carrier air conditioning that my AC requires service( helpline no 180030111111) and they responded that they will send the service personnel over within 48 hours. its been more than 2 weeks and still no response even after repeatedly reminding them. my request code is DEL 8008.
i request you, sir, to look into the matter and prompt them to take remedial action
